Through the Unbroken Pride website and major retailers where the series is distributed.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes.

Can I buy this for someone else?
Yes, if you believe it would be welcome and supportive. Consider the person’s privacy, readiness, and consent.

Is there a refund policy?
Refunds depend on the platform of purchase. Please check the relevant retailer’s policy at checkout.

Safety & Support

Is this a crisis resource?
No. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line in your area.

What if I need more support than a book can offer?
That is a valid and important recognition. These guides are designed to complement, not replace, professional care and community support.

Should I use this if I’m currently in an unsafe living situation?
Prioritise physical and practical safety first. Use only what feels manageable, and seek external support where possible.

Can this replace medication or clinical treatment?
No.

Approach & Values

Is this evidence-informed?
Yes. The series draws on general evidence-informed principles, including cognitive reframing, trauma-informed practice, and LGBTQIA+-affirmative strategies, adapted for gentle self-guided use. All tools are original adaptations created for this series.

Is Unbroken Pride affiliated with a particular therapy model?
No. It is an independent, survivor-led project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or derived from any specific branded therapy model or organisation.

Does this pathologise LGBTQIA+ identity?
No. The series starts from the position that your identity is not the problem - and never was.

Is pride treated as optional or decorative here?
No. Pride is treated as central to the work: a practical, lived reclaiming of worth, voice, and self-trust.

Still Unsure?

What if I’m not sure this is for me?
If you recognise yourself in the language of family rejection, identity-based harm, minority stress, or the feeling that mainstream tools never quite fit, it may be worth exploring. You can move slowly and decide from there.

What if I’ve done a lot of work already?
You may still find value in identity-specific framing, integration tools, or a more affirming structure for the work you’ve already done.

What is the core invitation of the series?
To stop translating yourself first.
To work with tools that already understand more of the territory.
To reclaim pride without leaving parts of yourself outside the process.
